Business Development Manager
Due to the active growth and expansion of our presence in international markets, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who will become a key player in scaling the business and developing new directions.
You will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives, building partnerships, coordinating teams across different regions, and implementing a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the Key Account Clients and Partners team, ensuring growth and retention targets are met while maintaining client and partner satisfaction
- Develop and execute country-specific marketing plans and business development initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement
- Work with Country Managers to share best practices, drive collaboration, and improve efficiency across the region
- Manage the departmental budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost control
- Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans
- Lead and manage department projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Track performance targets and coach team members to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies within assigned country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for escalations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in scaling businesses
- Experience in building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Successful execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive regional or multi-departmental cooperation
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and generate reports for decision-making
- Strong market awareness, with the ability to track competitor activities and industry trends
- Knowledge of Ukrainian language is required

- Experience in the FinTech industry
- Being located in Cyprus or willing to work from this region
