Account Manager/Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a money-driven Account Manager who will work with warm inbound leads and existing clients, close deals, and grow accounts.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands hiring managers’ pain points and wants to transition into a commercial role with clear financial motivation. We are ready to take a strong recruiter and help them grow into a full Account Manager position.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle and qualify inbound leads coming from marketing and referrals.
  • Run discovery calls, clarify hiring needs, and propose recruitment/RPO solutions.
  • Lead clients through the sales process and drive deals to contract signing.
  • Coordinate onboarding and support clients during active hiring projects.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (new roles, new teams, long-term RPO cooperation).
  • Maintain pipeline, deal stages, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Work closely with the CEO, recruiters, and marketing team to ensure strong results.
  • Keep communication structured and consistent to maximize conversion.
