Promo Manager

Requirements:

β€” 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Promo Manager or related roles within the iGaming industry)

β€” Proven experience in designing promo mechanics

β€” Experience developing user engagement strategies through gamification, loyalty programs, and related mechanics

β€” Ability to analyze and interpret data for promo campaign optimization

β€” Market research and competitor analysis experience

β€” Understanding of working with different user segments

β€” Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, and external vendors

β€” Proficiency in working with analytics tools

β€” Strong communication skills

β€” Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness

β€” Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

β€” English proficiency at B1/B2 level

Responsibilities:

β€” Development and Implementation of Promo Activities:

β€” Design the conditions and mechanics for new promo features;

β€” Communicate with product teams regarding implementation of functionality;

β€” Set up tasks for teams involved in promo rollouts;

β€” Prepare technical specifications, timelines, and oversee execution;

β€” Configure bonus conditions in the relevant systems.
β€” Contribute to the creation of regular bonus conditions and promo calendars;

β€” Assist in calculations, setup, and analysis of various promotions (loyalty programs, referral programs, etc.);

β€” Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns;

β€” Maintain documentation and take part in joint promo planning.

Analytics and Optimization:

β€” Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of launched promo activities;

β€” Generate reports on activity outcomes;

β€” Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for new mechanics.

Communication and Team Collaboration:

β€” Work closely with analysts, designers, CRM, game managers, and product teams;

β€” Maintain effective communication through Slack, Asana, and Jira;

β€” Coordinate timely execution of tasks related to promo or gamification.

Quality Control and Finalization:

β€” Perform final checks before launching activities;

β€” Ensure consistency in content, design, and bonus configuration.
