Senior Finance Analytics Lead

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analytics Lead to drive end-to-end financial analytics and dashboard development. This role combines strong finance domain expertise with advanced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) capabilities. The successful candidate will transform complex financial and operational data into structured, executive-ready insights, working closely with the CFO Office to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Business Analytics

• Lead financial analytics initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, fund management, and spend analysis
• Analyze cash flow management, payment cycles, advances, and finance operational SLAs
• Manage and review monthly and periodic financial reporting processes
• Support portfolio allocation and performance analysis across financial, operational, project, and risk dimensions
• Interpret financial KPIs and convert them into structured business insights

Analytics & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Own end-to-end analytics lifecycle from raw data ingestion to executive dashboards
• Design and develop interactive SAC dashboards (Budget, Forecast, Operational, Portfolio analytics)
• Convert static PPT-based reports into dynamic, insight-driven SAC solutions
• Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and quality control across SAP S4/HANA, CRM, ATRC, Oracle, and manual data sources
• Identify trends, drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities through structured analysis
• Deliver executive-level visual storytelling and decision-support insights

Stakeholder & Leadership

• Engage with senior Finance stakeholders, including leadership-level discussions
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions
• Provide structured recommendations to support strategic decisions
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, ERP-driven reporting, and analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Deep understanding of core Finance processes and reporting structures
• Experience working with multiple enterprise data sources (SAP S4/HANA ERP, CRM, Oracle, manual datasets)
• Advanced financial education preferred (MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or equivalent)
