Middle QA manual to $1700

We are looking for an experienced Middle QA Engineer to test our online casino web platform. We are seeking a specialist who will take responsibility for product quality, participate in test planning, and conduct in-depth problem analysis.

Must-Have Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Commercial experience in Manual QA for 2+ years
- Experience with the full testing cycle of web applications
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in product teams
 

Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of testing theory and the ability to apply various test design techniques
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Experience in API testing (REST API, understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocol, working with Postman/Swagger)
- Proficient use of Chrome DevTools and other browser developer tools
- Experience working with Jira and test management systems (Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or similar)
- Understanding of client-server application architecture
- Experience in log analysis and working with monitoring systems (Grafana or similar)

Key Responsibilities:

Testing:
- Planning and conducting all types of web platform testing (functional, regression, smoke, integration)
- Testing complex payment integrations (card processing, cryptocurrency, bank transfers)
- In-depth testing of REST API and backend logic
- Multi-regional testing considering local specifics (UK, Netherlands, Germany, France)
- Cross-browser and responsive testing
- Testing integrations with external services and payment providers
 

Analysis and Diagnostics:
- Analysis of application and server component logs
- Analysis of API interactions
- Diagnosing complex bugs and reproducing unstable issues
 

Documentation and Processes:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation in Zephyr Scale
- Creating and updating regression test suites
- Regular reporting on test status and quality metrics in Jira
- Participating in task estimation and sprint planning
- Analyzing requirements and identifying ambiguities at early stages
 

Quality and Improvements:
- Quality control of releases and ensuring standards compliance before deployment
- Suggesting optimizations for QA processes to increase efficiency
 

Team Collaboration:
- Close interaction with developers, analysts, and product managers
- Participation in technical discussions and architectural decision-making
 

Significant Advantages:
- Experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry (1+ year)
- Knowledge of payment systems specifics, processing, and financial transactions
- Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Kibana, ELK)
- Experience in security testing and understanding of web application security basics
- Experience with database tools (DBeaver or similar)
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize work: generating test cases, writing SQL queries, analyzing logs, creating documentation
