About the role

Our German client based in Bulgaria is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their team. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-level solutions across the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE stack, combining both low-code and pro-code development approaches.

Your Role & Impact

In this position, you'll work across the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE stack — from low-code configuration to deep pro-code development. Your day-to-day will include:

Building and customizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate, as well as C#, .NET, and JavaScript

Designing plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and system integrations

Connecting Dynamics 365 with external platforms via REST APIs and connectors across the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem

Contributing to cloud-native, scalable solution architectures

Upholding strong development standards — clean code, source control, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps

Working closely with consultants, architects, and clients to turn business needs into working technical solutions

Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge across the team

Keeping pace with the evolving Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven automation

What You Bring

Required:

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer

Solid practical skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and plugin/custom workflow development

Experience with system integrations and REST APIs

Background working in Agile/Scrum environments

A problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows

Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate

German language skills
