We are looking for a Middle System Analyst to join the Fintech Core project — a white-label modular fintech platform enabling rapid launch of digital banking and payment products. In this role, you will define system architecture, integration designs, and technical specifications for a scalable, PCI DSS–compliant financial platform serving multiple global implementations. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation, ensuring high-quality, secure, and compliant system design across microservices-based architecture.

Fintech Core is a mature, actively evolving modular fintech platform designed to launch neobanks, digital wallets, and payment systems within 3 months.

The platform includes:

• General ledger system
• Middleware layer
• Mobile (iOS/Android) & Web applications
• Integrations with KYC/AML providers, card issuers, payment processors
• Compliance monitoring modules
• Built on microservices architecture, the platform supports:
• Multi-currency operations
• Cross-border transactions
• Card issuing
• Digital wallets
• Account & transaction management
• Back-office orchestration
• The solution is PCI DSS compliant and aligned with global regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system requirements across payments, cards, wallets, accounts, ledger, and compliance modules

• Translate business requirements into:

  Technical specifications

  API contracts (REST / OpenAPI)

  Database schemas

  Integration architectures

• Design data models, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams for transactional systems

• Define integration patterns with:

  Payment processors

  KYC/AML providers

  Card networks

  Open Banking platforms

• Create sequence diagrams, component diagrams, and deployment architecture documentation
• Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, audit, retention policies)
• Conduct technical workshops with Engineering teams
• Maintain traceability between requirements, specs, implementation, and testing
• Support QA with integration test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2 and financial security standards
• Participate in sprint planning and architecture review sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as System Analyst / Technical Analyst in fintech or banking
• Strong understanding of: General ledgers, Payment processing, Account management systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong API design knowledge (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, webhooks)
• Experience with database modeling for transactional systems
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and message queues
• Familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, card schemes
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, API keys
• Cloud architecture understanding (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong documentation skills (UML, BPMN, ERD, sequence diagrams)
• Experience with Confluence / Notion

• Core banking concepts: accounts, balances, reconciliation
• Domestic and cross-border payment flows
• Card issuing and digital wallet mechanics
• KYC / AML processes
