We are looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of the product lifecycle: from building and scaling a team and managing an MVP stage to delivering a full product release. You will be responsible for shaping the roadmap, hiring talent, working closely with UI/UX, and driving all operational tasks required to achieve business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Team Formation & Leadership
- Build and scale the team according to product needs.
- Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
- Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture.
Product Development
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
Process & Execution
- Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.
- Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy.
- Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results.
Quality & Post-Launch Support
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance.
- Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies.
- Proven experience building and leading teams.
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry expertise in SaaS.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Technical background or software development experience.
- Certifications: PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner.
