We are now looking for an Affiliate Partnership Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate channel and turn it into a scalable B2B revenue driver.
About the Role
This is not a typical “affiliate marketing” role.
Our partners are not coupon websites or traffic arbitrage teams. They are IoT consultants, hardware vendors, system integrators, and technical content creators.
We already have inbound affiliate registrations.
Your mission is to activate, mentor, and grow them — and strategically develop high-impact partnerships in the IoT ecosystem.
This role has a direct impact on revenue and close collaboration with the founders.
What You Will DoPartner Activation & Success (Priority #1)
- Onboard new affiliates and guide them from registration to their first deal
- Run onboarding calls and explain Cloud / PE / License value propositions
- Mentor partners on how to position and sell ThingsBoard
- Reactivate inactive affiliates
- Build long-term relationships with key partners
Strategic Partnerships (Priority #2)
- Identify and recruit high-potential IoT bloggers, consultants, and hardware vendors
- Develop customized partnership models for top-tier partners
- Scale collaboration with system integrators and enterprise-focused partners
Operations & Optimization
- Manage affiliate tracking software
- Ensure accurate and timely payouts
- Monitor fraud risks
- Analyze commission structure and performance metrics
- Propose incentive improvements based on data
Partner Enablement
- Create onboarding materials and partner toolkit
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to build plug-and-play content
- Develop use-case guides and co-branded materials
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing an affiliate or partnership program (required)
- Experience in B2B SaaS (strongly preferred)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally without creating conflicts
- Comfortable discussing technical topics (API, MQTT, on-prem vs cloud deployments)
- High ownership and proactive approach
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in IoT, Cloud, or Hardware industries
- Existing network of tech influencers, consultants, or hardware vendors
- Experience in Partner Enablement or Customer Success (SaaS)
- Experience working with recurring revenue models
