Senior Business Analyst (MS Dynamics 365)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong hands‑on expertise across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be able to work directly with business stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, configure D365 applications, and support full-cycle implementation and optimization across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service applications.

This is a senior, client‑facing role requiring excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and leadership teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements for D365 applications.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain Management), and CRM (Sales, Customer Service) modules as part of end‑to‑end implementations.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement‑gathering sessions with business users and senior management.
  • Prepare functional documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process diagrams (BPMN/UML).
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) to ensure successful delivery and solution alignment.
  • Support integrations across ERP and CRM modules, including data flows and process dependencies.
  • Participate in solution validation, UAT, release planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
  • Build and maintain reporting requirements in collaboration with Power BI teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 platforms in cross‑functional projects.

 

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong hands‑on experience configuring and supporting:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Microsoft Customer Service
  • Solid understanding of business processes:
    • Finance: GL, AP/AR, FA, budgeting, reporting
    • Supply Chain Management: procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics
    • Sales CRM: pipeline management, forecasting, customer lifecycle
    • Customer Service: support cases, AI voice agents
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI (defining requirements, KPIs, and datasets).
  • Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

    • D365 Project Operations
    • D365 Commerce
  • Experience with integration tools, Dataverse, Azure services.
  • Microsoft certificates (MB‑300, MB‑310, MB‑330, MB‑210, MB‑800, etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects
