Lead Frontend Engineer - Liven

We are looking for a Lead FE Engineer at Liven. You will lead the development of builder solutions and complex automation systems. This is a challenge for those who enjoy creating tools used by others (internal products), where architectural flexibility, performance, and high-load visual editors must be carefully considered.

• Leading a team of developers with different experience levels;
• Participating in product planning;
• Improving and modernizing the frontend infrastructure;
• Growing both technically and from a product perspective;
• Actively contributing to process improvements, the technology stack, and development practices.

What’s Important to Us:

• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript;
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role;
• Understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD setup and configuration;
• Ability to write unit tests;
• Writing code in compliance with SOLID and GRASP principles;
• Strong experience with TypeScript and writing reliable, well-typed code;
• Experience with other major frontend ecosystems: Vue, Angular, React;
• Ability and willingness to mentor others;
• Writing clear, reliable, and well-thought-out code;
• Conducting constructive and thoughtful code reviews;
• Proposing optimal technical solutions for business needs;
• Managing technical debt and maintaining a healthy balance between product development and refactoring.
