Why this role exists:

This role exists to own and evolve the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function across the company, ensuring our reward strategy attracts, motivates, and retains top talent while supporting sustainable business growth. You’ll design and implement competitive compensation programs, ensure operational excellence and compliance, optimize and automate C&B processes, and maintain full control over HR budgeting to drive transparency, efficiency, and measurable impact.

What you’ll drive:

Compensation Strategy and Planning

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with company goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Leading the design and management of salary payments, bonus schemes, and other incentive programs.
  • Collaborating with senior management to review and adjust compensation practices in line with business needs.
  • Ensuring fairness of compensation payments within the company.
  • Ensuring compliance of compensation programs with legal requirements.

Benefits Design & Strategy

  • HR budgeting and data analysis.
  • Budgeting C&B expenses and managing budget execution, including analysis of deviations from budget.
  • Analysing data in order to identify trends, unusual fluctuations and take data-driven decisions.

Team management and supervising

  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
  • Developing the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Leading the projects in order to implement new C&B programs or to enchance operational efficiency of existing C&B processes.
  • Implementing and managing changes.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits as a C&B Team Lead.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful C&B projects (e.g., total rewards strategy, benefits strategy, automation of C&B processes, launch of new compensation schemes).
  • Deep expertise in C&B practices, approaches, and market benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends and deviations, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing and monitoring C&B and HR budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ability to design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to C&B programs.
  • Experience with HRIS and advanced tools to automate and optimize C&B processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional C&B projects of high complexity.
  • Strong level of autonomy: able to make decisions within the area of responsibility and execute independently.
  • Leadership experience: managing, mentoring, and developing a team of C&B specialists.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present insights to senior management.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
