Senior Vue.js Developer

About the role:

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will work closely with other product teams and developers to further develop our travel sales – by building new features and improving existing flows and systems connected to our e-commerce platform.

You will join an organization where decisions are made within and close to the teams. Our agile teams are self-driven and take significant responsibility for how we plan, prioritize, and deliver – from idea to production deployment.

About the project:
Our customer is the largest private travel agency chain in the Nordics. The company develops and operates its own e-commerce platform, addressing complex backend scalability challenges and implementing hotel ranking based on purchase probability.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and take ownership of frontend solutions that make a real difference in user experience and business impact;
• Be involved from idea, requirements and design decisions to implementation and production deployment;
• Help the team tackle the most complex problems by breaking them down, structuring them, and finding sustainable solutions;
• Contribute technical leadership in daily work: raise the quality of the codebase, create alignment around ways of working, and support other developers;
• Drive the technical backlog together with the Product Owner and ensure that important platform improvements are visible, prioritized, and executed;

• Participate in functional discussions with business owners and product teams – and help shape what we build

   

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in frontend development;
• Solid experience with Vue.js;
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;
• Strong knowledge accessibility (a11y);
• Еxperience building robust solutions in modern web environments;
• TypeScript experience is a plus;
• English Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
