Resource Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Resource Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential HR support to our team, managing people effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Furthermore, you will ensure that our consultants' performance aligns with and exceeds the expectations of our clients. Your strong communication and people management skills will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management: Organize and optimize the work efficiency of each tech team member under your supervision;
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, probation periods, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding procedures;
- Team Development: Foster motivation, professional growth, team discipline, and positive team attitude;
- Assessments: Plan and conduct consultant performance assessments, skills evaluations, and development plan discussions to ensure continuous improvement;
- Feedback Management: Collect, organize, report, and share feedbacks from customers, management, and the team;
- Client Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients regarding consultant‑related matters, ensuring alignment on performance, expectations, and any necessary adjustments;
- Project Involvement: Understand the involvement of resources in projects and ensure the clarity and feasibility of tasks and assignments;
- Company Culture: Know, manage, and communicate the company's values, principles, and work awareness in everyday communications.
Few words about the ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in the HR field;
- Proven experience in effectively managing key HR processes, including Performance Review process, PDP preparation;
- Is people-oriented, challenge-driven, and results-focused, able to balance these facets in pursuit of our company's objectives;
- Has excellent communication management skills, an acute attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Possesses conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations;
- Shows a deep sense of passion and care for the people they work with, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English at least;
Experience within IT is a definite plus.
