As our CMO, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our marketing direction and driving measurable growth:

• 🧠 Develop and own the global marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• 🔍 Review and optimize current marketing strategies, channels, and performance
• 🏗 Build and scale marketing processes and frameworks from scratch or improve existing ones
• 📈 Drive user acquisition, retention, and LTV growth
• 🤝 Align closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Leadership teams
• 👥 Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
• 🧪 Test, iterate, and scale new channels and growth hypotheses
• 📊 Own KPIs, funnels, attribution models, and performance tracking

🛠 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CMO / Head of Marketing / VP Marketing in product IT, iGaming, or high-growth digital businesses
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, growth, and brand strategy
• Experience working with the US market
• Strategic mindset + hands-on execution attitude
• Data-driven, with deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, and unit economics
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments
