Playtech’s POP team is looking for a highly capable and hands‑on Technical Product Owner & Delivery Manager with proven iGaming experience (minimum 3 years) to lead the vision, execution, and delivery of our flagship aggregation platform – Playtech Open Platform.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for the RGS aggregation platform
  • Translate business goals, partner needs, and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the platform meets market expectations and regulatory standards
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with iGaming trends, RGS technologies, and aggregation models
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for platform capabilities, integrations, and technical constraints
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, ensuring predictable, high‑quality releases
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers
  • Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across engineering, QA, DevOps, compliance, and external teams
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, team velocity, and release performance, driving continuous improvement
  • Ensure delivery timelines are met while maintaining platform stability, scalability, and security
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding delivery status, risks, and milestones

Technical Leadership

  • Work closely with architects and engineers to shape technical solutions and ensure alignment with platform strategy
  • Understand API‑driven integrations, game onboarding workflows, content distribution, and platform scalability considerations
  • Support troubleshooting and prioritization of production issues, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication
  • Advocate for technical excellence, maintainability, and long‑term platform health

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Have at least 3 years of proven experience in iGaming as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar hybrid role
  • Possess strong understanding of RGS platforms, aggregation systems, game integrations, and regulatory environments
  • Bring a solid technical background with ability to engage in architectural discussions and understand API‑based systems
  • Have hands‑on experience working with agile software development teams
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Coordinate complex integrations with external partners or vendors
  • Have experience with casino game studios, content distribution, or casino platform operations
  • Are familiar with compliance frameworks (e.g., UKGC, MGA, US state regulators)
  • Hold certification in relevant Agile methodologies

POP functions as a unified hub where RGS providers integrate once, enabling operators to instantly activate a broad catalogue of casino content without additional development work. This eliminates the need for multiple supplier integrations and accelerates time‑to‑market for new releases.
