Business Analyst (Odoo ERP Implementation)

A leading Ukrainian research company, recognized internationally for advanced research in fine organic synthesis and the development of preparative methods for organic compounds (with applications in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology), is looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Odoo ERP implementation team.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in CRM/ERP administration or implementation, or entry-level Business Analyst experience
• Strong analytical skills: requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Understanding of system integrations and ability to prepare technical specifications
• Confident user of cloud services, Jira, Google Workspace, and MS Office
• Experience with Figma, Camunda, Miro, and similar tools
• Skills in process visualization and stakeholder presentations
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and business process modeling approaches
• Understanding of the full business process lifecycle and change management
• Familiarity with different project methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Participation in ERP system implementation and ongoing support
• Continuous analysis and optimization of business processes through IT solutions
• Requirements gathering from management and staff
• BPMN process modeling, use case development, integration and functional documentation
• Solution design and preparation of technical tasks for ERP
• Documentation and formalization of company processes
• Functional decomposition and change request analysis
• Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions
• Reporting on project progress and presenting prototypes and final solutions
