Junior Account Manager

As we continue to grow our high-load, real-time game ecosystem, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to strengthen our brand voice, craft compelling multi-platform content, and showcase the uniqueness of our products to partners and players alike 🚀

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing partner accounts and maintaining daily communication
- Support partners with basic requests and escalate more complex issues to senior team members
- Update partner data and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Monitor partner performance and report any issues
- Support internal communication between partners and internal teams
Key Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of experience in customer support, sales support, or a related field
- English level B2 (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Google/Microsoft tools
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
