Project Manager/Business Assist

 

 

Responsibilities:

-Research and generate content ideas for Instagram to grow a personal brand
-Edit and publish content
-Write captions and social media posts
-Fill in and analyze social media metrics spreadsheets
-Oversee the development and promotion of an AI tracker
-Coordinate and monitor the launch of the new product 
-Research and identify relevant events, conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities for applications and participation
-Source and communicate with developers, designers, and business analysts
-Create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and plan events
-Track deadlines and provide timely reminders
-Handle operational tasks and resolve unexpected issues

 

Requirements:

-Punctuality and a high level of responsibility
-Full-time availability
-English level B2 or higher
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
-Fast execution and proactive approach to tasks
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute and coordinate processes


Working Conditions:

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Lunch break: 1 hour
