Junior / Trainee HR Manager

We are looking for an open-minded and proactive Junior / Trainee HR Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in Human Resources, gain hands-on experience, and learn HR processes from A to Z in a dynamic startup environment.

🤝 Office-based role for candidates located in Kyiv.

Who We’re Looking For:

- No prior HR experience required, but a strong interest in Human Resources is essential
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, creative, and people-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through
- High level of responsibility when working with confidential information

Nice to Have:

- Previous internship or work experience in IT companies or startups

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Maintain military records and ensure compliance with local regulations (full training will be provided)
- Assist with employee documentation and HR records
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding
- Plan and organise corporate events, team-building activities, and internal community initiatives
- Support office management and day-to-day HR operations
- Collaborate with HR and Security teams to ensure smooth internal processes
