HRG/HR Manager / HRBP

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who genuinely cares about people and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
This is not a “paper HR” role - we need someone who wants to be inside the company’s real life, not just maintaining policies in a folder.

Be the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics

  • Support the full employee journey: onboarding → adaptation → development → offboarding
  • Work closely with managers: discuss team situations, give input, help navigate difficult conversations
  • Make sure HR processes actually work in real life (not only on paper)
  • Participate in recruitment as part of the overall people strategy
  • Support healthy team dynamics and company culture
  • Suggest improvements — we value initiative, not just task execution

    What we’re looking for
  • Experience as an HRG / HR Manager / HRBP (IT experience is a plus)
  • Understanding that HR is about balancing business needs and people needs
  • Confidence in communicating with managers and handling complex situations
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
