Business Development Manager (IT Services, US/EU Markets)
We are a growing web development team working with international clients (US/EU).
Currently, we have stable long-term projects and are preparing for the next growth stage.
Our goal for the next 12–18 months is to scale from a small team to a 10–15 person development company.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us build a predictable client acquisition system.
This is a hands-on role focused on generating qualified opportunities and building a consistent pipeline together with the founder.
What you will do:
• Launch and manage outbound sales activities (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach)
• Identify and approach startups and product companies (US/EU markets)
• Generate qualified meetings (5–10 per month target after ramp-up)
• Work with the founder to prepare proposals and close deals
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline transparency
• Help shape positioning and sales messaging
You will not be left alone — the founder is actively involved in closing deals and defining strategy.
What we expect:
• 2+ years in IT sales / business development
• Experience working with US/EU clients
• Understanding of outsourcing / outstaff / hybrid models
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+/C1)
• Structured approach to pipeline building
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a small team
Compensation model:
We offer a performance-oriented structure:
• Fixed base: $500–700 (depending on experience, part-time format)
• 15–20% commission from first client payment
• 5–10% recurring commission for 3–6 months
• Clear KPI: qualified meetings & closed revenue
After proven results, role can evolve into full-time Head of Sales.
Format:
Remote / hybrid (flexible).
We care about results, not micromanagement.
