Power Platform Developer for "Power Apps + OCR + Onprem ERP" project

I am looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to automate an Accounts Payable (AP) process. The goal is to build an end-to-end solution for invoice processing, from email extraction to automated data entry into an on-premises ERP.

Project Scope:
- Automated monitoring of a dedicated email inbox for incoming invoices.
- OCR, using AI Builder (or similar) to extract data
- Approval Workflow:
1.  Threshold-based: Auto-approval for specific amounts vs. manager escalation.
2.  Contract-match: Matching invoice data with existing contracts to bypass manual approval.
-ERP Integration: Pushing validated data into onprem ERP.

Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate.
- MANDATORY: Experience with On-premises Data Gateway for cloud-to-local integration.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and AI Builder.

Language: English or Russian.

Project Type: One-time setup with potential for long-term support and future automation projects.
