About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Designer who will be responsible for creating high-quality technical marketing materials for Cropwise Operations.

 

The role focuses on structuring complex product and technical information and translating it into clear, compelling, and visually strong materials for internal (sales, leadership) and external (customers, market) audiences. It requires strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and presentation design skills. Your tasks will include defining requirements, creating content structure, and shaping core messaging.

 

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams โ€“ Marketing, Sales, Support, Design, and Technical โ€“ to develop aligned communications and marketing materials, backed by the collective expertise of the organization. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and demo materials that clearly explain product functionality, value, and use cases.
  • Translate technical concepts, product architecture, and data flows into clear visual and narrative materials.
  • Design and deliver presentations for internal stakeholders, leadership, customers, and industry events.
  • Execute strategic internal communications highlighting product value, features, development milestones, customer success stories, and business impact metrics.
  • Prepare analytical and structured content to support Sales, Product, and Leadership decision-making.
  • Optimize product messaging and positioning based on market feedback and performance data.

     

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical or analytical background (Product, Engineering, Data, Business Analysis, Technical Marketing). 
  • Proven experience in creating product presentations, pitch decks, and technical marketing materials.
  • Ability to understand complex digital products, SaaS platforms, and technical concepts.
  • Excellent skills in structuring information and storytelling through presentations.
  • Strong analytical thinking โ€“ able to turn data, product details, and insights into clear narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with presentation and design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English with strong business communication skills.

     

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with technical or data-heavy products.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B platforms, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Experience creating materials for C-level, Sales, and technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of agricultural business operations and agtech trends.
