UX/UI Designer (Salesforce Experience Cloud)

We are a Salesforce consulting company delivering CRM and Experience Cloud solutions for US and EU clients.
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join us on a project basis and support Experience Cloud initiatives.

About the role

We need a designer who understands how Salesforce works and can design user-friendly, scalable interfaces within the platform’s capabilities.
This role requires real Experience Cloud exposure — not just generic SaaS design.

Responsibilities

• Design UX/UI for Salesforce Experience Cloud portals
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Improve and simplify CRM-driven user journeys
• Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, and PMs
• Ensure designs align with Lightning Design System and platform constraints

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial UX/UI experience
• Proven experience with Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Portfolio with real Salesforce case studies
• Ability to balance usability and technical feasibility
