Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for international B2B and B2C clients.
  • Design, optimize, and manage full-funnel marketing systems.
  • Manage and analyze paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Prepare technical briefs for SEO, email marketing, content, and PR initiatives.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
  • Prepare analytical reports and client presentations.

     

Required Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing (agency or in-house; B2B/B2C).
  • Proven experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills; hands-on experience with GA4, SimilarWeb or equivalent tools.
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Structured thinking and strong communication skills.

     

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience in international markets.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and email automation systems.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and content teams.
