Business Development Manager (B2B, Recruitment)
About the project
We are building a performance-based recruitment agency focused on fast and high-quality placements in IT and business roles.
Our model is based on strong partnerships, transparent processes, and fast delivery โ first candidates within 24โ48 hours.
We work with international companies and long-term clients with active hiring needs.
All operations are fully remote.
Leads are managed through internal CRM and structured workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies with active hiring needs
- Establish first contact with decision-makers
- Qualify hiring requests (role, budget, timeline)
- Book intro calls with the founder
- Submit qualified leads to internal CRM
- Maintain and manage personal pipeline
- Support long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Understanding of recruitment or outsourcing market is a plus
- English level B2 or higher
- Ability to work independently and manage own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset
