Presales Manager
We’re looking for a Presales Manager who enjoys turning complex business requests into clear, accurate estimations and well-organized presale processes. In this role, you’ll connect sales and delivery teams, coordinate stakeholders, plan resources, and keep timelines, budgets, and expectations aligned.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of general IT experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the presale process.
• Understanding of SDLC and role assignments.
• Experience in the management of different stakeholders.
• Understanding of the sales process.
• Proficiency in timeline and budget management.
• Strong team management skills.
• Understanding of various estimation techniques and contract types.
• Stress resistance and the ability to work in fast changing environment.
• Strong communications and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow clear processes and timely resolve problems.
• Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Confluence, etc.
• English: Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
• Process presale and estimation requests from the business development team, following established procedures.
• Organize resources for the presale and estimation process.
• Collect requirements for process improvement and collaborate with the process owner for implementation.
• Preparation of estimation artifacts.
• Conduct kick-off meetings to align the team for successful presale initiatives.
• Collect data and analyze metrics to evaluate the performance of presale operations.
• Improve the presale process between the delivery and sales departments, including the creation and updating of templates.
• Coordinate the presale process from external and internal customers in terms of hours, timeline, and complexity.
• Plan and allocate resources strategically for presale activities.
• Maintain the presale board, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest information.
