PHP Tech Lead

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team of amazing specialists for innovative fintech project. This role will oversee all backend development team, be responsible for our backend stack and contribute to overall product technical vison. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Team/Tech lead role;
• Deep understanding of Symfony / DDD / Hexagonal architecture;
• Confidence with PostgreSQL, Redis;
• Experience with Rabbit MQ / Kafka;
• Understanding of security, deployment processes, SAST tools;
• Ability to read and communicate in English;
• Understanding of agile methodologies / scrum.

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership;
• Technical processes (e.g. code review, SAST, etc.);
• Code and tests quality;
• Architecture and design;
• HLE's;
• Technical help and consultations for planning and cross-team communication;
• Dev Interviews;
• Technical team resources management;
• Technical team motivation and team spirit.

Will be a plus:

• Amazon cloud stack;
• Previous participation in Fintech projects;
• English: B2+;
• Previous experience in leading distributed teams.
