About the Product

GraphDEX is a trading & analytics terminal for DEX markets.

We are building an infrastructure-grade Web3 product featuring:

✔ Ultra-fast on-chain trading
✔ DEX aggregation
✔ Token analytics & discovery
✔ Prediction Markets (new vertical)
✔ RWA integrations
✔ Telegram Mini Apps / Web platform
✔ Advanced referral & incentive systems

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can:

✔ Build the marketing strategy from scratch / scale existing channels
✔ Establish a systematic user growth engine
✔ Work with a crypto-native audience (traders / Web3 users)
✔ Develop brand positioning and product narrative
✔ Own acquisition / retention / funnel strategy

This is a strategic leadership role, not just operational marketing.

Responsibilities

Growth & Acquisition

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy
• Scale user growth
• Manage performance marketing / funnels / CAC
• Build growth loops and referral mechanics

Brand & Positioning

• Define product positioning
• Lead brand and communication strategy
• Drive differentiation within the Web3 / DeFi segment

Channels

• Crypto Twitter / X
• Telegram ecosystem
• Influencer / KOL strategy
• Paid acquisition
• PR / Media / Content

Product Marketing

• GTM strategy / feature launches
• Conversion & retention optimization

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience in crypto / Web3 / fintech / trading products
• Strong understanding of DeFi / DEX / on-chain markets
• Proven track record of scaling marketing and user growth
• Strong strategic thinking
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience in Tier-1 crypto projects / exchanges / wallets
• Experience launching products from scratch
• Experience working with a trader audience  
• Strong Web3 / crypto network

Success Metrics

The CMO will be responsible for:
