Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Owner/Product Designer to join our SaaS platform. The product is for digital document management, HR processes, and business workflows. It helps organizations automate, streamline, and simplify employee-related processes, document handling, and digital signing.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product vision and development
• Define, prioritize, and assign tasks to the development team
• Write clear and detailed task descriptions, user stories, and technical specifications 
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developers
• Design user flows, UX/UI solutions, and interface concepts (hands-on product design)
• Actively push the product forward and lead its continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with strong Product Design responsibilities
• Ability to translate business and product needs into clear technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with UX/UI design tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and complex workflows
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive and result-oriented
