Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Tech)

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to find and contact potential startup clients in the US and Europe.


Your responsibilities:

  • Find relevant startups, products, Identify decision-makers (Founder, CTO, Head of Engineering)
  • Send personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
  • Start conversations and book intro calls
  • Pass qualified leads and booked calls to the founder
  • You are not responsible for closing deals or handling contracts.
  • Your main goal is to generate qualified booked meetings.

     

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B outreach
  • Strong written English
  • Ability to research companies (funding, hiring, tech focus)
  • Ability to write personalized messages (no mass spam)
  • Organized and consistent with daily outreach
  • Basic understanding of tech/startups (SaaS, backend, AI)

     

Expected Results:

  • Steady flow of relevant leads
  • 15โ€“25 booked intro calls per month  
  • Proper tracking of outreach and responses in CRM
