Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Tech)
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to find and contact potential startup clients in the US and Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Find relevant startups, products, Identify decision-makers (Founder, CTO, Head of Engineering)
- Send personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
- Start conversations and book intro calls
- Pass qualified leads and booked calls to the founder
- You are not responsible for closing deals or handling contracts.
Your main goal is to generate qualified booked meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience with B2B outreach
- Strong written English
- Ability to research companies (funding, hiring, tech focus)
- Ability to write personalized messages (no mass spam)
- Organized and consistent with daily outreach
Basic understanding of tech/startups (SaaS, backend, AI)
Expected Results:
- Steady flow of relevant leads
- 15โ25 booked intro calls per month
- Proper tracking of outreach and responses in CRM
