Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

Noltic is a Salesforce consulting and implementation partner helping mid-market companies design, implement, and scale Salesforce solutions. We work with international clients across US, EU, and UK, focusing on long-term partnerships, real business value, and complex Salesforce ecosystems.

As our sales activities grow, we are looking for a BDR who can build, own, and scale outbound lead generation, take responsibility for results, and become a key part of our growth engine.

 

What you will do

  • Own and scale the end-to-end B2B lead generation process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, events, industry communities).
  • Define, refine, and document Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for Salesforce-related services and solutions in close cooperation with the CRO.
  • Build, segment, and continuously improve high-quality lead lists.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics: open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, acceptance rates, deliverability, and domain health.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, sequences, subject lines, and channels to improve conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align messaging, value propositions, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline accuracy and hygiene.
  • Create and analyze reports and dashboards to provide visibility into lead generation performance.
  • Manage email deliverability: domain and mailbox warm-up, sender reputation monitoring, and best practices implementation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Research, test, and introduce new lead generation, automation, and data enrichment tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements and scaling of outbound and lead generation operations.

We are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or Salesforce consulting.
  • Proven experience running and scaling outbound campaigns end-to-end.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Practical knowledge of outreach and automation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io, Outreach.io, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability principles and outbound best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills for concise, clear, and persuasive outreach messages.
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience mentoring or leading junior lead generation specialists.
  • Background in the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce consulting companies.
  • Experience working with international markets (US, EU, UK).
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes and funnels.
  • Experience working in digital, IT, or Salesforce-focused agencies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
