Vacancy: UAC Lead (iGaming, Turkey)

We are looking for a strong UAC Lead to take charge of Google UAC campaigns in a product iGaming team, focusing on the Turkish market.

Responsibilities:

• Launching, optimizing, and scaling UAC campaigns for iGaming products
• Managing a team of media buyers (task setting, KPI monitoring, team development)
• Handling large budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently
• Analyzing performance, generating hypotheses, and testing creatives and strategies
• Collaborating with product and analytics teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming
• 1+ year of team management experience in iGaming
• Personal monthly budget of $80,000+
• Team monthly spend of $300,000+
• Deep understanding of UAC (Google Ads), optimization, analytics, and funnels
• Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
