Affiliate Program Manager (IGaming)
We are an iGaming group with our own technology platform and proprietary online casino brands operating in Tier-1 markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Program Manager / Affiliate Marketing Manager (Strong Junior / Middle) whose key mission is to build and grow an affiliate program from scratch.
This is not a role focused on supporting an existing affiliate program. It is a builder role โ someone who will create the affiliate program as a product: positioning, operating rules, KPIs, partner value proposition, marketing packaging, tools, and go-to-market execution.
The role is ideal for a marketer who wants to move into a more responsible, product-driven position with direct impact on revenue and business scaling, with clear growth potential to Head of Affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Program Creation & Structure
- Design and launch an affiliate program from scratch:
- partner terms and conditions
- KPI and performance metrics system
- partner motivation and competitive commercial terms
- Build partner segmentation (media buyers, SEO teams, content partners, etc.)
- Define onboarding and partner interaction workflows
2. Affiliate Program Marketing & Packaging
- Develop positioning and core branding of the affiliate program
- Launch an affiliate landing page:
- coordinate in-house designers or external teams
- prepare structure, copy, visuals, and offers
- Create marketing materials:
- partner presentations
- one-pagers
- offer and terms descriptions
3. Tools, Analytics & Technical Setup
- Research and select affiliate software / tracking solutions
- Understand basic tracking and attribution logic
- Work with spreadsheets and dashboards:
- partner performance
- KPIs
- funnel metrics (registrations, FTDs, revenue)
- Participate in defining and monitoring core affiliate KPIs
4. Go-to-Market & Partner Acquisition
- Launch the affiliate program through:
- affiliate program directories
- iGaming platforms and niche websites
- Telegram channels and communities (iGaming, media buying, affiliate marketing)
- Outreach and initial communication with partners
- Negotiate basic terms and onboard partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners
5. Processes & Communication
- Maintain a structured partner and communication database
- Keep affiliate program documentation and processes up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design)
- Track tasks, deadlines, and execution
Requirements
Must Have
- Background in marketing (digital / performance / growth / marketing management)
- Ability to structure information and build systems from scratch
- Comfortable working with:
- numbers

- reports
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience in affiliate marketing or iGaming
- Understanding of traffic sources
- Experience with affiliate software or CRM systems
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics
