We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy and drive commercial growth.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in B2B iGaming marketing, preferably on the game provider side.
  • Strong understanding of core casino performance metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, RTP, retention, churn) and how they relate to product performance and commercial success.
  • Deep market knowledge of the iGaming landscape and competitive slot products, with the ability to translate trends into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience with exposure to both regulated and emerging markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute commercial and growth strategies, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives for game portfolios.
  • Confidence and experience working with contracts, commercial terms, pricing models, and revenue share negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions that improve engagement, adoption, and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across stakeholders — operators, partners, internal teams, and executives.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).

     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with DreamPlay’s business and revenue goals.
  • Strengthen DreamPlay’s positioning as a competitive casino game provider in the international iGaming market.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new slot releases, ensuring strong visibility, adoption, and performance across operators and aggregators.
  • Drive B2B marketing initiatives targeting operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with key aggregator platforms from a marketing and positioning perspective.
  • Analyze game performance metrics (GGR, NGR, ARPU, RTP, retention, churn) and translate insights into growth-focused marketing actions.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing partner portfolios.
  • Oversee brand communication, content strategy, PR, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Art, and Sales teams to ensure market-driven product positioning.
  • Monitor competitor landscape and emerging market trends to maintain product competitiveness.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing function as the company grows.
