Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the treasury function, define liquidity, payment, and reserve management policies, ensure stable liquidity across the holding, and centralize and consolidate cash flows across companies.
• Work with client banks and crypto providers, manage corporate crypto wallets, control access, limits, roles, and cash security.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, consolidate payments, create a payment calendar, manage payment priorities, and control minimum and target balances.
• Manage currency and crypto risks, develop and implement hedging tools, analyze volatility, and prepare recommendations for the CFO and CEO.
• Conduct cash flow analysis, consolidated analysis for the holding, plan-vs-actual comparison, identify and explain deviations, and optimize account and cash flow structures.
• Participate in implementing and automating treasury processes, build payment request workflows and control systems, automate payment consolidation, and integrate financial systems.
• Lead the treasury team, assign tasks, mentor employees, and ensure effective collaboration with other departments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strategic treasury management experience 
• Understanding blockchain and the specifics of working with crypto
• Practical experience with banks, payment systems, and crypto instruments
• Cash flow management, payment planning, and consolidation
• Understanding of risk management, hedging, and currency/crypto volatility
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (1C, BAS, BAF)
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis

Education:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting & Audit, or Banking
