UX/UI Designer (Junior/Mid-level)

We are looking for a talented Product Designer with strong wireframing skills and the ability to structure complex product logic into clear, usable experiences. This role is particularly suited for someone who enjoys working with data-heavy, multi-layered SaaS platforms and translating complexity into intuitive interaction models. 

The designer will work in close collaboration with senior designers, Product, and Engineering as part of a shared design process, contributing to solution development, refining user flows, and ensuring consistency across the product. The role is not limited to execution - it requires analytical thinking, ownership of UX structure, and active participation in shaping scalable solutions. 

Key Requirements  

• Strong experience in wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture 
• Proven ability to work with complex, data-heavy SaaS systems or applications 
• Preferably experience in B2B products, where workflows and operational logic are critical 
• Ability to translate ambiguous or technical requirements into structured UX solutions 
• Comfortable working within an established design framework while contributing improvements 
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on usability, clarity, and scalability rather than purely visual output 

Collaboration & Contribution 

This role contributes to the team by supporting and strengthening the overall design delivery - developing wireframes, validating structural decisions, and helping scale consistent patterns across the product ecosystem. The designer will partner with senior team members to ensure alignment, while bringing their own expertise and problem-solving approach to day-to-day work.
