Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a product owner and executes like a builder.

Your mission: turn product interfaces into growth engines.

You’ll rapidly evaluate and improve UI/UX across core product areas of our two-sided marketplace, ensuring every screen drives clarity, trust, conversion, and measurable business results.

This is not “design for design’s sake.”
This is design as a strategic lever for growth.

 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Rapidly assess and improve UI/UX across core marketplace flows
  • Design responsive UI components: dashboards, menus, forms, widgets, tabs, tables, and data-heavy interfaces
  • Generate UX ideas that increase conversion, retention, and user satisfaction
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clear specifications in Figma
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers, and AI engineers to ship fast
  • Ensure designs align with AI capabilities and intelligent system behavior
  • Use product metrics and A/B testing insights to optimize performance
  • Improve and systematize existing design components for scalability
  • Optionally run lightweight user validation or gather feedback when needed
  • Maintain consistency across web and mobile experiences

     

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design within product companies
  • Proven experience designing for marketplace or eCommerce platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX (required)
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with modern design systems
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and current UI trends
  • Experience working with A/B testing and interpreting performance metrics
  • Ability to quickly identify weak UX points and improve them
  • Strong ownership mindset — you move from idea to implementation fast
  • English level B2+ (confident written and verbal communication)
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-driven products
  • Understanding how AI behavior impacts UX is a strong plus
  • Basic UX research experience is welcome but not mandatory
