- Great people management skills
- Great documentation and process building skills
- Quality & Efficiency driven
- Understanding of project management principles in IT / software development (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)
- You are not afraid of IT projects documentation and Business Analytics. Gantt Charts, UML, Balsamiq Mockups, Mindmaps and similar are your friends
- Experience with JIRA, wiki-based documentation and other relevant tools
- Fluent written and verbal English
