Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant
On behalf of our Client, a well-established financial institution from the USA, Mobilunity is looking for a Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant for a full/part-time engagement.
Our Client is a long-established environmental services company building digital solutions to support regulatory compliance across multiple industries. The project focuses on streamlining emissions testing, environmental monitoring, reporting, and compliance workflows, helping businesses meet federal, state, and local environmental regulations through data-driven and technology-enabled processes.
We are looking for a Dynamics Functional Consultant with strong Business Analyst skills to help us define the best approach for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our organization. The primary focus of this role is to analyze business processes, outline requirements, and create actionable user stories for our Dynamics Consultant/Developer to implement. This is a critical role that ensures our Dynamics environment is set up efficiently, meets business needs, and can scale for future improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and work with Dynamics 365 Field Service, including the Schedule Board (dispatcher dashboard), to support resource scheduling and work order management.
- Analyze business processes across sales, field services, and finance modules.
- Define and document requirements, process flows, and user stories for developers.
- Clarify which Dynamics features can be accomplished natively versus requiring customization.
- Provide high-level guidance and recommendations on Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Estimate timelines and effort for customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Support ongoing process improvements, training, and minor fixes as needed.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, including configuration and practical understanding of the Schedule Board (dispatcher dashboard) for resource scheduling and work order management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Dynamics 365, Power Automation, and PowerApps.
- Proven experience in both front-end and back-end Dynamics, able to answer technical and operational questions.
- Familiarity with sales, field services, and finance modules, including quote-to-cash processes and pricing model setup.
- Experience with D365 integrations and AI scheduling in field service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end users.
- Ability to estimate timelines and effort for customizations and implementations.
