Project Manager 

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to support the successful delivery of web and mobile products for international clients. If you enjoy organizing processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, working with requirements, and seeing real impact from your work, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow your career.

Candidates who have worked exclusively in grey niches are not considered, as this experience may not translate well to the structured processes required for Healthcare and other regulated projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Organize and maintain project boards to ensure full visibility of tasks and priorities.
• Track progress, monitor deadlines, and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation (meeting notes, status reports, schedules).
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and support team alignment.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and Product Managers to balance scope, schedule, and quality.
• Perform preliminary testing of features before releases to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
• Act as a communication bridge between the development team and senior project leadership.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding progress, changes, and potential delays.

• Assist in estimating effort and resource requirements together with Senior PMs and the development team.

   

Requirements

• Understanding of project management fundamentals and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
• Basic technical awareness and willingness to dive into product details.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.

• For Middle level: experience independently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
