Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator who takes ownership of architecture and enjoys building scalable, high-quality user interfaces. You’ll play a key role in shaping frontend decisions and delivering a polished product experience.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments (sandboxes, production) and release management processes
• Experience working with Git branches and CI/CD pipelines (SFDX-based deployments preferred)
• Solid knowledge of metadata deployment and change management best practices
• Hands-on experience with custom fields, validation rules, and impact analysis
• Ability to assess dependencies and risks before implementing changes on heavily used objects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder) and when to escalate to Apex/Triggers
• Good knowledge of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules
• Experience working with custom settings and custom metadata for configuration management
• Strong analytical skills and structured troubleshooting approach
• Good communication skills and ability to work with product owners and developers

Responsibilities:
• Safely manage and deploy changes from development environments to production using sandbox strategy, Git branching, and CI/CD pipelines
• Perform impact analysis before implementing changes to core objects and ensure minimal disruption to business processes
• Configure and maintain custom fields, validation rules, and automation according to business requirements
• Evaluate and choose appropriate automation tools (Flow vs existing automation vs Apex) in collaboration with developers
• Ensure proper testing, documentation, and rollback strategies for all changes
• Troubleshoot access and feature visibility issues by analyzing profiles, permission sets, and configuration settings
• Maintain system stability, data integrity, and security standards
• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to continuously improve Salesforce processes and governance
