๐Ÿ’ผ About the Position
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop the Nutra segment in the European market. The main area of responsibility includes sourcing and building partnerships with product manufacturers, organizing operational processes within the EU, and overseeing the full cycle of partner interactions.
 

๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage Nutra product manufacturers in the EU market.
  • Conduct negotiations on partnership terms and secure the best commercial conditions.
  • Organize logistics: delivery to warehouses or directly to shipping companies.
  • Coordinate product return processes (refunds, chargebacks).
  • Monitor and understand operational processes within the EU.
     

Additional responsibilities (if relevant experience is available):

  • Collaboration with Payment System Providers (PSPs), connecting payment gateways.
  • Working with the development team on integrating payment solutions into landing pages.

     

๐Ÿ‘‰ Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development / Supplier Management / Procurement in the Nutra sector.
  • Experience negotiating with manufacturers.
  • Understanding of logistics processes within the EU.
  • Knowledge of EU legal requirements (documentation, product licensing, compliance with medical regulations).
  • Experience with returns, refund, and chargeback processes.
  • Existing network of contacts with manufacturers and other vendors in the EU.
  • English proficiency (B2) โ€” required.

     

๐Ÿ‘‰ Nice to Have

  • Experience with PSPs and payment gateway integration.
    Experience in customer support.
