About the Team:

Small, distributed team. Based in Moldova, working remotely. No bureaucracy. You’ll work directly with the founder.


The Role:

We need a hands-on PPC specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. This is not a "set it and forget it" role — you'll own the full paid funnel from ad creative to conversion, test aggressively, and scale what works.

What you’ll do:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter/X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
 - Write compelling ad copy and test multiple variations (headlines, descriptions, CTAs)
 - Build and manage audience targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and exclusion lists
 - Set up and optimize conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTMs)
 - Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across platforms. Maximize ROAS / minimize CPA
 - Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bid strategies
 - Create weekly reports with clear metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates
 - Collaborate with the founder on positioning, offers, and landing page copy
 - Research competitors’ ad strategies and identify new acquisition opportunities
 - Experiment with new channels and ad formats (YouTube pre-roll, Quora, newsletters, etc.)
 

Requirements:

  - 2+ years hands-on experience running PPC campaigns (not just boosting posts, actual campaign management)
 - Proven experience with at least 2 of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Reddit Ads
 - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and pixel/CAPI setup
 - Experience writing ad copy that converts, you understand hooks, pain points, and CTAs
 - Data-driven mindset. You make decisions based on CPA, ROAS, and cohort data, not gut feeling
 - Comfortable managing $3K–10K+/month budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
 - Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership
 - Good English writing skills (ad copy will target English-speaking audiences)
 

Nice to have:

 - Experience advertising B2B SaaS, dev tools, or AI products
 - Early-stage startup experience (building paid acquisition from scratch, not just optimizing existing funnels)
 - Familiarity with landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar)
 - Experience with video ads or short-form video creatives (UGC-style, screen recordings)
 - Knowledge of Reddit and community-based ad platforms (different beast from Meta/Google)
