Outreach Specialist / Link builder

Solva is looking for an Outreach Manager!


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outreach and link building with a proven track record of successful campaigns;
  • Proven experience in white-hat link-building and outreach;
  • Understanding of SEO principles, link-building strategies, and outreach techniques;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach emails and pitches;
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Buzzstream, and Google Analytics;
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2, C1, C2) level of English;
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Results-focused organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong email communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to secure authoritative backlinks;
  • Identify and acquire high-quality links using guest posts, broken link building, influencer outreach, and other white-hat strategies;
  • Collaborate with content writers to create compelling, link-worthy content via detailed briefs and technical guidance;
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of outreach and link-building initiatives.
  • Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles to uncover new opportunities;
  • Negotiate content placement on relevant websites, including reviews, listings, and catalogs;
  • Explore creative, non-standard link-building approaches, including promo campaigns and innovative outreach methods;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters and key contacts, managing multiple projects and prioritizing free backlink opportunities;
  • Align all outreach efforts with broader SEO and marketing strategies.


Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of German or French;
  • Thinking out of the box;
  • Existing relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers in various industries;
  • Experience with link exchange processes is a plus.
