Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Outreach/Market Research)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can proactively research markets, identify high-quality prospects, and help generate new business opportunities by booking meetings with decision-makers.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, understands how B2B outreach works, and can independently build targeted lead lists instead of just collecting random contacts.

You will work directly with the founder and have a real impact on company growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients for our software development services
  • Find and qualify decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Operations Managers, Directors, etc.)
  • Build highly targeted lead lists based on ICPs and market criteria
  • Research companies, industries, and competitors
  • Collect and validate contact information (LinkedIn, emails, company data)
  • Prepare short lead summaries explaining why each lead is relevant
  • Run or support cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
  • Book meetings with qualified prospects
  • Maintain and organize data in CRM / Google Sheets 
  • Continuously improve lead quality and research processes

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation or Sales Research
  • Strong internet research and analytical skills
  • Experience working with LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, Snov, Hunter, or similar tools
  • Ability to identify relevant companies and decision-makers
  • Understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
  • Good written English
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Ability to work independently and focus on results

     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT outsourcing / software development industry
  • Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion)
  • Understanding of sales funnels and prospecting strategies
  • Experience with AI tools for research and personalization
