🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Inbound SDR.
You’ll engage leads from conferences, webinars, partner events, and offline networking - qualifying interest, following up strategically, and converting warm conversations into booked meetings for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their SaaS sales journey who wants to grow into an Account Executive (SMB track) within 12-18 months.
If you’re comfortable approaching people in real life, thrive in high-energy environments, and know how to follow up without being pushy - this role is for you.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with inbound leads
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Follow up via email & LinkedIn after events
- Qualify opportunities using structured discovery
- Book meetings for AEs
- Track all activity in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Report on pipeline generated from each event

🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years in SDR / sales / lead qualification (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable making 40-60+ calls per day
- Familiarity with the outreach tools
- Confident and clear spoken English
- Strong resilience - you don’t take rejection personally
- Organized follow-up habits
- Coachable mindset
- Ambition to grow

- Experience working with event leads
- Background in sales tech, martech, or SaaS
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams
- Multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.)
