Concept UI/UX Designer (Behance, Dribbble, Pinterest)

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. 

Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.


What We're Looking For:

- UX/UI or Product Designer (strong mid)

- 1+ year experience in interface and brand design

- Experience publishing on Behance, Dribbble, Pinterest
- Know what’s trending and how to make “scroll-stopping” visuals

- Can work independently and take ownership of your projects

Nice to Have:

- Motion design skills (After Effects, Jitter, Figma animations)


What You’ll Do:

- Design 2-3 strong concept projects per month (web, mobile, SaaS, AI dashboards, etc.)
- Create full Behance case studies: storytelling, visuals, and structure
- Make smaller versions for Dribbble and Pinterest
- Craft thumbnails and previews that stop people scrolling
- Work in series — consistent, strategic, and bold
- Track performance and tweak concepts to maximize reach
