The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager with QA experience to own client onboarding, coordinate our development team, and ensure quality across our platform. You'll be the bridge between clients and developers - managing timelines, testing features, and making sure every launch meets our standards.

This is a hybrid PM/QA role, ideal for someone who enjoys both coordination and hands-on testing. You'll work directly with the CEO in a high-impact position with real influence on how we deliver.
 

What You'll Do

Project Management:

• Manage client onboarding projects from signed contract to live casino launch
• Coordinate developers - assign tasks, track progress, unblock issues
• Keep clients informed - proactive updates, clear timelines, no surprises
• Run the 14-day launch process - ensure every step happens on schedule

Quality Assurance:

• Test new features, integrations, and client setups before go-live
• Create and execute test cases for platform functionality
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing
• Maintain quality standards across all client launches

General:

• Improve our systems - identify bottlenecks, suggest process improvements
• Document everything - maintain clear records of project status, test results, and decisions
   

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT project management and/or QA
• Hands-on QA experience - manual testing, bug reporting, test case creation
• Strong organizational skills - you keep things from slipping
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with Trello, Slack, or similar tools
• Self-starter mentality - you don't wait to be told what to do
• Available for EU timezone overlap

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or tech startups
• Russian language skills
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
• API testing experience (Postman or similar)
• Experience managing remote teams
